You can easily customize the look of EasyEstateRental simply by edit the template files within the /templates directory. These templates are basically html files with some smarty codes there. So there will be less problem when you edit them. You can change the CSS, layout, or the theme of EasyEstateRental very easily there. You can freely change the package details and even edit them to be all paid packages or even edit them to have 2 Free packages. You can also create a discunt code which will give 100% discount with time expiry by going to

Yes, you can run EasyEstateRental without mod_rewrite. To set this option, you should open your setting.php file from your admin folder and edit the $status_url_rewrite variable to "no" .. so it should be $status_url_rewrite = "no";

The currency that you will use in EasyEstateRental should be adjusted to the supported currency
